SMS Program Terms
When you separately opt in through the A Speech Connection Clinic chat widget, you authorize A Speech Connection Clinic, PLLC to send messages to the mobile number you provide. Informational messages may include responses to inquiries, scheduling and appointment updates, and service-related follow-up. Promotional messages are optional and require a separate opt-in.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of obtaining services. You can call the clinic at 972-291-8255 instead.
Do not send medical histories, diagnoses, payment-card details, or other sensitive patient information through ordinary chat or SMS. Contact the clinic to ask about its approved intake process.
